Annapurna Panorama Trek is also known as Ghorepani - Poon Hill Trek which is a very popular short trek in Nepal. This is an ideal trek at low altitude to enjoy some of the highest Himalayan peaks as you walk through the foothills of the Annapurna Himalaya. The alluring mountain scenery and the beautiful ethnic villages validate the popularity of this trek. This trek offers fabulous sunrise views in the Himalayas, surrounding rice terraces and splendid panoramic views including Mt. Dhaulagiri (8167m), Fishtail / Machhapuchhre (6998m), Nilgiri (7041m), Annapurna south (7219m), Hiunchuli (6441m), Tukuche peak (6920m) and more.
The dawn view of Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South and other neighboring mountains from the world famous view-point Poon Hill (3210m), is the highlight of this trek. Spectacular mountain scenery through picturesque villages inhabited by the Magars and Gurungs; dense rhododendron forests, which in spring bursts with many different hues; deep subtropical valleys and beautiful landscape are some of the attributes of this trek.
Annapurna Panorama Trek is short and moderate hiking trail in Annapurna region which can be done within a week or less. We start from north of Pokhara, after one and a half hours’ scenic drive to Nayapul and ends at same place making a loop around beautiful countryside. Short and fairly easy, this trek is a perfect for people with limited time and physical strength and for family trekkers who wish to make the most of their time in Nepal.

Day 5: Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2860/ 5:30 hrs)
Day 6: Hike to Poonhill (3210 m/ 1:30 hrs both way) for sunrise
Trek to Tadapani (2710m/ 5:00 hrs)
Day 7: Tadapani to Ghandruk (1950m/ 3:00 hrs)
Day 8: Ghandruk to Nayapul (1000m/ 4:30 hrs)
Drive back to Pokhara (885m/ 1:30 hrs)
