Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund request of bookings can be done either online by requesting refund through your login portal or by contacting the customer service through our enquiry form on the website.

PLEASE NOTE that changes and cancellation should be notified 24 hours prior to the check-in date. We provide full refund for the refund requested 24 hrs before check in date. The check in is considered to be 10 A.M. of the day.

Please follow our guidelines incase you need to perform a refund.

i) Cancellation requested 1 day prior to check in date and within 30 days of purchase, full refund will be provided.
ii) No refund can be made if the cancellation is done within 24 hours of the check in date.
iii) The refund time can take up to 5-7 working days after the refund is approved.
iv) Refund will be made back to credit card or PayPal used by clients during the payment.
v) Clients will request the refund through our website after login to their account or alternately requesting refund through enquiry form .

Payment using Credit Card  

Online payments can be made by Visa and MasterCard through PayPal. Debit Cards are not accepted. All payments are processed through PayPal and we don't hold any responsibilities of credit card verification and transaction. All our price displayed are in US Dollar and exchange rate of currency are determined by credit provider itself.

Finally, please note, any confirmed booking is subject to your credit card approval for the transaction. In an eventuality where your credit card is not approved we will attempt to contact you but hold no responsibility for any subsequent non provision of services in the event we are unable to establish contact with you.
